Summer time can be a difficult time to schedule a family photo shoot, not knowing how hot it will be! But even in the middle of June we were able to avoid a lot of the heat with a morning session at the Jewel Box in Forest Park! It was so sweet to get to see Kathleen and Matthew again! I met them for a couples shoot back in early 2021, but now they have a new addition to their family!
Little Elyse was just the cutest! We got to celebrate her 8 month milestone. She was so patient while we took some photos of her parents, and was a rockstar for her turn in front of the camera. We even managed to catch a couple adorable grins! I think it is safe to say we had a great time singing and yelling out “cheeseburger” to catch Elyse’s attention!
Kathleen and Matthew, thank you for choosing me to capture this special time in your family story. Recreating one of your engagement photos in front of the Jewel Box with your sleets little girl is so special to share! Your family is so precious and you are all a joy to work with! I hope these photos stay with your family through the years, and that little Elyse can look back on them when she is grown up to see how special her family has always been!
