I know it’s not news to anyone, but COVID has canceled a lot of things; one of them being a couples session with Braden and Danni at the Botanical Garden in St. Louis, Missouri. And we, just as many people have been learning to do this past year, pivoted plans and ended up shooting our couples session in Forest Park instead! And boy am I glad we did. Forest Park is one of my favorite parks because of the diverse backgrounds available. Additionally, I don’t know if there has ever been a session with this much golden light, the entire time we were there!
There was not a cloud in the sky. The park wasn’t very crowded, so we had the run of the place. Braden and Danni were dressed to the nines. If you know me well, you know right now I am obsessed with hats. If I could have fit Danni’s hat in my camera bag and taken it home with me I might have…. And if you ever need a style tip, Braden and Danni hit my favorite one right on the nose: dress to impress! The fancier you dress, the nicer your images will look! These two cuties looked glamorous and confident together in front of the camera!
Danni and Braden, I had such a blast working with you! Thank you for being flexible, and for trusting me behind the camera. I gave you some wacky prompts, but you just dove right in and had fun. My vision for this session really came to life once we were at the park, and I could not be more in love with every single one of these images!
