I recently had the honor of reuniting with the Wildhaber family once again to commemorate the birth of daughter, Blake with this lifestyle newborn session! I eagerly waited for this shoot, and it turned out more perfect than I imagined! And she has some of the most adorable outfits you can find for such a small little girl!
Blake was so sweet throughout the session! We got a mix of awake time and sleep time, and even caught the perfect little yawn! One of the sweetest parts of this session was the hand-crafted cradle, made by Alicia’s dad, and used with all 3 of their children! Details like this always touch my heart. Maybe it will be an heirloom item for Blake or one of her siblings one day!
Pete and Alicia designed a precious, little girl nursery with Blake’s name prominently displayed on the wall. I just adore this design trend! It looks so classy, but also perfect for a kiddo.
There were so many fun moments during this session, but I think my favorite part was heading to a nearby park and taking some outdoor shots. I love shooting outdoors, and you don’t see too many newborn photos outside! This session had so many unique, special touches, and it melted my heart!
Alicia and Pete, thank you for letting me once again step into your family and capture some gorgeous images that will hopefully hang on the walls for years to come! You have an incredibly sweet family who truly knows how to love and care for one another, and it is so much fun to be immersed in that love and joy. I hope Blake looks back on these images with a big smile, treasuring all of the family moments before she could even remember them!
